Custom made products that aren’t in stock will take time to create and ship depending on how busy we are and how detailed the specific product is. If you have a custom or bulk order request, please contact us for an accurate production and shipping timeline. We will take detailed photos of your product prior to payment and shipping and send it to you at your preferred method of e-mail or text, to ensure you are 100% happy with the outcome.
Once your product is created for you we handle it with care and ship it out immediately. Below is some further information on our shipping policy.
- We use USPS to ship your product
- Everything we ship is insured via the shipping provider against damage
- Once the package leaves our hands and enters the care of the shipping provider, it is fully in control of them and any issues will reflect against them directly
- If the package and/or product is mishandled or broken in any way the shipping provider will be fully responsible based on their guidelines. We can and will help with any claim or resolution, but any refund or return will fully be on them to decide on a case by case basis
- Once the package is delivered it is fully your responsibility and out of our and the shipping providers hands. Anything that may go missing or anything else that may happen is to the responsibility of the recipient. We do recommend that someone be available for delivery to avoid any problems
- If the shipping carrier causes any damage to your residence in any way the issue has to be taken up with the shipping provider not Turning Trunks. However please let us know so we can file and help facilitate your complaint as well
- We try to automatically and accurately calculate your shipping costs upon ordering, however we do reserve the right to request any additional costs for shipping if your location ends up costing much more than you paid. This is rare, but can happen for unique custom or bulk sized orders. We never inflate our shipping prices, we always charge cost as to what the provider charges us for their services
- It is important to make sure your shipping address is accurate, as we charge a $10 fee for changing it once the package has left our location. This fee is the fee that the shipping provider charges us, there is no inflation on the fee on our end
- Please be aware of holidays, weather and non shipping dates when expecting a certain shipping date
